DivineWord AI provides an AI-powered sermon generation platform that helps pastors and Christian leaders create spirit-filled sermons based on user-provided topics, descriptions, and preferences. Our service includes sermon generation, storage, and export capabilities.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree to use DivineWord AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You specifically agree not to:
• Use the service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform
You retain ownership of the sermon content you generate using our platform. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and analyze the content to improve our services and AI models. We make no guarantees about the theological accuracy or suitability of generated content for specific contexts.
The DivineWord AI platform, including all software, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express permission.
We reserve the right to impose usage limits on our services. Currently, we allow up to 3 sermon generations per day per user. We may modify these limits at any time with notice.
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
Currently, DivineWord AI is offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. Any changes to our pricing structure will be communicated in advance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in activities that may harm our platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that generated content will meet your specific needs. You use the service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivineWord AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DivineWord AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our platform or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
